Smart Entry Signal
The Smart Entry Signal is a technical analysis engine that evaluates current market conditions for a given token and produces a timing signal to help users decide whether the present moment is favorable for entry.
Indicators
The engine evaluates 5 technical indicators:
1. Price vs. 7-Day Average
Compares the current price to the 7-day moving average. A price above the average indicates short-term upward momentum; below suggests downward pressure.
2. Price vs. 30-Day Average
Compares the current price to the 30-day moving average. This captures longer-term trend direction and helps distinguish short-term noise from sustained moves.
3. RSI(14) -- Relative Strength Index
The 14-period RSI measures the speed and magnitude of recent price changes:
- Above 70 -- overbought territory, potential for pullback.
- Below 30 -- oversold territory, potential for bounce.
- 30--70 -- neutral range.
4. 4-Hour Volume Change
Measures the change in trading volume over the most recent 4-hour window compared to the preceding period. A significant volume surge often precedes or accompanies meaningful price moves.
5. Distance from 7-Day High/Low
Calculates where the current price sits within its 7-day range. A price near the low may represent a buying opportunity; near the high may indicate overextension.
Signal Output
The engine produces one of three signals:
| Signal | Meaning |
|---|---|
| FAVORABLE | Multiple indicators align to suggest this is a good entry point. |
| NEUTRAL | Indicators are mixed; no strong directional bias. |
| UNFAVORABLE | Indicators suggest caution; entry at this time carries elevated risk. |
Each signal is accompanied by an AI-generated explanation of the reasoning, written in the user's selected language (EN/RU).
